Postmortem


We managed to accomplish a lot of things in this game. Karina did a great job modeling and texturing her own pesticide model and Iris learned how to create an enemy spawning system and an inventory system. The biggest thing that would benefit us going forward would probably be communication. It was hard for us to properly communicate as we were consistently missing a member during meetings and while we had a Trello board, it wasn't very detailed and was rarely used to communicate. Instead, we relied on Discord which would sometimes take days to get a response. For the next project, if we're able to communicate more often and have more detailed notes, we would be able to finish a project faster than we did this time and would be able to get even more feedback on more of the game.
